Inter-communal peace is acceptance of cultural and religious identity. Cultural diversity is inevitable both in Western and Eastern democracies. But over the past three decades, the term ethnic and religious has been being misused by the regime of Burma that caused 100s of violence against humanity throughout Burma.

After 2nd World War, communal conflicts in the World took place known as Cold War which caused lost of millions of lives. Following the 9-11 terrorist attacks, new communal conflicts were systematically conducted by the particular politicians all over the World in the name of “War on Terrorism”. Myanmar regime took advantages of “War on Terrorism” started Buddhist propaganda by building Dhammaryun (Buddhist preaching house) in every street, every ward, every village and every school.

Real road to peace and justice for humanity is dependent on the provision of an adequate and appropriate universal, multicultural and moral education integrating scientific knowledge and spiritual and ethical values. Instead of educating people, Myanmar regime has been sowing seeds of hatred, racism, and violence as a protection of Buddhism and Buddhists since 1988.

We have been writing to establish a peaceful society in Arakan State of Burma but Myanmar regime and Awakyuntha Bangladeshi Rakhine divided two brothers; Rakhine and Rohingya, misusing Buddhism and forming 969 terrorist gangs.

The Middle Path of Rakhine and Rohingya

Human being is the essence and the vital element of being, responsible for making the Earth prosperous in God's name. As Rohingya believe in Islam, they recite concept of sirat-i müstakim (the straight path) forty times a day and Rakhine believe in Buddhism, the main concept is Mizzima Patipata ( Middle Path),

Both Rohingya and Rakhine believe that lust or desire is the name for the driving force of one's animal appetites. Both believe they should practice wisdom and avoid demagogy and stupidity, apply chastity instead of licentiousness and frigidity. Both of them find a balance in the middle paths and encourage practicing concepts of middle paths in their daily life. Both believe that worldly people, who are enslaved by their egos, live only to fulfill their carnal desires.

Without exception and regardless of differences in faith, ethnicity and culture, if one meets everyone, this generally breaks the tension among different people. Prophet Muhammad once stood up out of respect for humanity as the funeral procession of a Jew passed by. When reminded that the deceased was a Jew, the Prophet replied: "but he is a human,” This action demonstrates how people of different faiths and cultures should respect every person to coexist peacefully.

Rakhine and Rohingya are brothers

Rakhine and Rohingya have been living peacefully; share the same place, Arakan, Burma. They helped, respected and were loyal each other in the history of Arakan. Whenever Burmese King attacked Arakan, both brothers protected their land together. Based on famous saying “One who has given a mouthful of food is one’s benefactor”, they never betrayed each other. Dictator Ne Win’s ultra-nationalism promoted Rakhine as Rakhine State, Changing Arakan to Rakhine, Akyab to Sittwe, giving a homework to Rakhine people to eliminate all Rohingya from Rakhine land in 1974. As mention in proverb “Novice monks associate with other novices, cattle with cattle” Rakhine developed hatred in the name of Ne Win’s nationalism. Though Burmese regime including President Thein Sein pretend as good Buddhists who have been taking care Buddhism, they practice opposite as in a Myanmar saying “His hands make lecherous moves while he intones Buddha, Buddha”

Road Map for Communal Peace in Arakan

Many World leaders, organizations, INGOs, reporters, journalists and diplomats reached Arakan, discussed with Myanmar authority, and helped financial aids for both Rakhine and Rohingya community in Arakan since June 2012 but still all Rohingya are under genocidal blockage. 100s of discussions failed to solve the problem, why? I believe that no one approached the right road map. My humble suggestion of Road Map to establish peace in Arakan, if Myanmar Government really cares peace, democracy and human rights in Burma:

1. Announce existence of Rohingya as citizens of Myanmar through State’s media
2. Ban all hatred preach in the name of Buddhism
3. Build mutual respect by restoring Rohingya’s right and places
4. Sign a mutual non-aggression between Rakhine and Rohingya
5. Establish quality and mutual benefit of both communities
6. Educate young generation teaching internationalism in every school with help of UNISCO
7. Third party juridical court instead Rakhine bias jury

More than a dozen homes were destroyed in the blaze at Du Chee Yar Tan West village near Maungdaw in northern Rakhine State on January 28. ERC Delegation Meet Dr. Zarni Mohamed Farooq ( Mayu Press) May 7, 2013 The Stockholm University of Sweden held a seminar on “Forum for Asian Studies” at William Olsson Hall, the department of geological science on 3rd May 2013. It depicts Rohingya tragedy and Human Right Eradication in western Burma. Burma (Myanmar) is a nation with ambition to make their name and discharge their White Man’s Burden, one of the world’s hottest assignments in the world of diplomats, development consultants, NGO experts and academic researchers, a lucrative ‘frontier’ market for investors, venture capitalists and multinationals, a must-go for both citizen-tourists and global luminaries. This lecture will critically discuss the rose-tinted view of reforms in Burma against the troubling realties as lived by the people of that country, including full-scale Rohingya genocide of 40 years, the 60-years of Burmese army’s un-ending internal colonial wars against the Christian Kachins, the Kare...
