The Myoma Kyaung-Htaike (Myoma Monastery) where the 969 Terror Campaign is being held.
Maungdaw, Arakan: A 969 Terror Wing from Yangon (Rangoon) arrived in Maungdaw this morning (i.e. on 28th December 2013 morning). Hundreds of Rakhine extremists thronged to the Myoma Kyaung-Htaike (Myoma Monastery) where the group’s campaign is being held. The terror group is suspected to have arrived to campaign to destablize the peaceful situation resurfacing in the region.
“Authority announced this early morning that a *969 Group from Rangoon would arrive in Maungdaw today. So, Rakhine extremists started to attach 969 stickers in their homes and wear T-Shirts with 969 Logos. And they thronged to the Three-Mile Region to welcome the arriving 969 group. As soon as they arrived, they entered the Myoma Kyaung-Htaike (Myoma Monastery) in the downtown of Maungdaw. Many Rakhine extremists and hooligans have now joined the anti-Muslim campaign likely going on in the monastery.
The terror group is still in Maungdaw. Just before the arrival of the group, some Rakhine hooligans severely beat up a 17-year-old Rohingya boy in front of the shop of “Shay-Thou” Photography and Videography as the boy was on the way to his shop. And the hooligans destoryed his motorcycle” said a local Rohingya in Maungdaw.
“The Security is tight as Police and Hlun-Hteins (Security Force) are roaming all over the town. What is more fearful is that 969 Stickers are attached to the vehicles of the Police and Security Force as well. We, Rohingyas, feel that the authority is fully cooperating with the 969 Group to trigger anti-Muslim violence and destablize the peaceful situation resurfacing in the region. We fear some ill-omened moments are awaiting us” he continued.
*969 Group is a terror group led by some Pseudo-Monks and the extremist section of Buddhist society in Myanmar.
