Teknaf, Bangladesh: A refugee from Nayapara camp was robbed by local goons on September 10, while he was returning to his shed after marketing from Teknaf, said a close friend of the victim who denied to be named. “The victim was identified as Yusuf, MRC No. 55379, and Block-B/1033/1 of Nayapara camp.” “Yusuf accompanied by his son-in-law Sayed Huassain of Block-E, went to Teknaf for marketing and to collect 60,000 Taka which was sent from KSA by his father.”

People face difficulty to travel in Maungdaw

Chittagong, Bangladesh: Bangladesh security force arrested about ninety Rohingya in difference places in Bangladesh since August first week, according to an officer who is working on Rohingya in Bangladesh. “Most of the Rohingya are trying to enter into Bangldesh from their home land, Arakan, Burma while they were arrested. They were pushed back to their home after arrested on the border. Some time, the security force handed over to police for further action.”

'Rohingya' men held in Dhaka

Sun, Sep 11th, 2011 1:13 pm BdST Dhaka, Sept 11 (bdnews24.com) — Six Rohingya men bearing fake Bangladeshi passports have been arrested at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport when they have tried to pass the immigration to go to Saudi Arabia.  They were arrested around 8:30pm on Sunday,  Dhaka Metropolitan Police's senior assistant   superintendent Selim Khan told bdnews24.com  Selim said their passports had fake address,  and one of their associates  'Raisul' was also arrested.  "We've interrogated them.
